By very popular demand, we have decided to let our salty community in on Salt+Vine Wine Co.'s best-kept secret... our famous, fancy butter! This savory, flavor-packed butter is sure to please everyone.
What You'll Need
1.5 cups salted butter softened
1/3 cup Gorgonzola cheese
2 heads roasted garlic (but really let your heart decide)
2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Directions
Let the butter come to room temperature
In a medium bowl, use an electric mixer to cream the butter until fluffy.
Mash roasted garlic with a fork until mostly smooth, then add to the butter stirring until combined.
Once the butter and garlic are combined, stir in Gorgonzola, parsley, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Scoop butter into your favorite ramekin and garnish with red pepper flakes.
Serve with crusty bread or on your favorite steak. If there are leftovers, store the butter in a Tupperware container in your fridge for up to a month or in the freezer up to four months.
